Our home repairs and upgrades services supports legacy homeowners in Baltimore to preserve their home’s safety and value for themselves and the next generation. This vital work also enables aging residents to continue living in their homes safely and independently.
We provide home upgrades and repairs and case management services that connect them with resources that support their financial stability and mental and physical wellbeing. These include: homeowner tax credits, wills and property deed services, and social services, to help them remain in their houses, strengthen their financial position, and lay the legal groundwork to ensure that their home can be securely passed from one generation to the next.

We offer two comprehensive home repair programs that help Baltimore City homeowners protect and preserve their homes: HUBS and Safe and Healthy Homes.
