Warren White serves as Deputy Director of St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, where he leads organizational infrastructure, program performance, and acts as a strategic partner to the Executive Director. In his current capacity, Warren manages risk, contracts, and vendor relationships to strengthen organizational stability and scalability, and engages with staff, funders, public agencies, community partners, and members of the Board of Directors to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.  Warren possesses more than 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness across human resources, operations, and strategic leadership. 

Warren joined St. Ambrose in 2022 as Director of Human Resources.  Prior to St. Ambrose, Warren served as Director of Human Resources for Volo, where he led all human capital activity, including recruitment, performance coaching, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll, and provided strategic guidance to Volo’s executive team. 

Warren currently serves on the Boards of Directors for both Maryland SHRM, where he is the Director of Emerging Professionals, and Health Care for the Homeless, where he co-chairs the board’s Human Resources committee.  Warren is a longtime SHRM member and Past President of Greater Baltimore SHRM.  He holds SHRM’s Senior Certified Professional designation, along with a BA from Hamilton College.
