Julia Mulliganiel is the Associate Director of Resource Development at St. Ambrose, where she leads the organization’s comprehensive resource development and communications efforts. She works closely in partnership with individuals, institutions, businesses, and government agencies to increase access to affordable housing. She is honored to work with supporters of housing justice and equity in the effort to realize these ideals, block by block, in the neighborhoods and communities in and around Baltimore.

She has worked in nonprofit organizations for over ten years and is a graduate of George Mason University, where she studied sociology, inequality, and social change. Julia lives in Northeast Baltimore, and aside from housing justice, is passionate about plants and music.
