Meghan Curry is an accomplished housing and property management professional with more than 15 years of experience in affordable housing, nonprofit leadership, property management, leasing operations, housing stabilization, and community development throughout Maryland. She has successfully led large-scale housing programs, managed multifamily and scattered-site portfolios, supervised diverse teams, and developed strategic partnerships that improve housing outcomes for individuals and families.

Currently serving as Director of Property Management for St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, Meghan oversees a portfolio of more than 300 housing units consisting of market-rate, voucher-assisted, Section 8, and recovery-based housing programs. She directs all leasing operations, marketing initiatives, vendor and contractor relationships, HUD NSPIRE inspections, budget management, grant reporting, and tenant relations while supervising a multidisciplinary team of property managers, maintenance personnel, and case managers. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, occupancy growth, and resident stability.

Prior to joining St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, Meghan served as Director of Leasing and Marketing with Riparian Management LLC, where she managed leasing operations for multifamily and scattered-site residential properties throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. She specialized in occupancy management, resident relations, affordable housing compliance, HUD inspections, marketing strategy, and lead generation while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, housing agencies, and community partners.

Earlier in her career, Meghan spent over seven years as Director of Housing Services at The Lighthouse Homeless Prevention and Support Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. In this role, she managed residential housing programs, supervised a team of 15 staff members, developed program policies and procedures, coordinated housing placements, maintained agency budgets, and cultivated partnerships with healthcare providers, landlords, government agencies, and community organizations. Through her leadership, residents consistently achieved successful housing placements and increased self-sufficiency.

Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Radford University and currently is an active real estate agent with REMAX Solutions. Mehan lives with her family in Catonsville MD and is passionate about all things Baltimore!
